After receiving the package, please check all product components, especially the heating tube, wire cable, and plug, to ensure they are complete. If any damage is found, please contact our customer service team immediately to get instant support. It's best not to plug two electrical appliances into the same socket at the same time, as it may cause the circuit to burn out and, in severe cases, even lead to a fire.

The 24-hour timer allows you to set the time (24H) to turn off the power, but it is not an ON/OFF timer, meaning you cannot turn the heater on automatically ahead of time.

The EAST OAK Electric Patio Heater is powered by a 1500W electric current, runs on 120V, and the electric cord length is 6.89 ft. It is suitable for heating areas between 64.58-96.86 sq. ft. The heater is made of aluminum, with a tungsten filament, and is certified as IP65, ETL, and UL compliant. It comes with a 3-year warranty.

With its patented ULG gold-coated heating lamp and infrared electric fast heating technology, the EAST OAK Electric Patio Heater provides instant heat within 1 second of switching on, with up to 100 percent of the energy transferred directly as heat to nearby people and surfaces.

The ultra-high 20-layer gold coating technology of the lamps, both inside and outside, filters light by 90 percent without loss of heat. This outdoor electric heater softens the harsh light, creating a more natural and comfortable outdoor experience than ever before.

The EAST OAK Electric Patio Heater is suitable for both outdoor and indoor use. It offers 3 heat settings (1000W, 1200W, 1500W) and a 24-hour timer to meet your needs, with the settings displayed on an LED display for easy reading. The high heat setting is more suitable for outdoor use on a porch, balcony, or backyard, while the low heat setting is ideal for indoor use.

The heater's flexible installation allows for both a standing and a wall-mounted configuration, offering a 2-in-1 function. The base and bracket enable it to be used as a standing heater, and the bracket and chassis can be removed with some matching mounting accessories for wall-mounting, making it perfect for various occasions.

For safety, the EAST OAK Infrared Electric Heater has passed ETL and UL certification and features tip-over protection and overheating protection, which can detect high-temperature and tip-over situations and automatically shut off the power, protecting you and your family.
